We welcome everyone to enjoy themselves and have a FUN & SAFE stay at our Event, please read the details below;
- In the event your wristband is damaged or needs to be removed, you can exchange the damaged one for another free of charge or just ask a member of Staff at the Reception Tent.
- Wristbands are to be kept on your person at all times and to be provided at the time of asking by the Security or a member of Staff or run the risk of having to purchase a new one.
- Outdoor music is not permitted on this site after 12 midnight.
- Only Alcohol that has been purchased from the Bar/Beer Tent can be consumed in the main event area's.
- If you take your drink outside with you it has to be finished outside.
- NO DRINKS TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE MARQUEE
- Children not allowed in the Beer Tent unless accompanied by an adult & to be supervised at all times.
- No smoking or use of any electronic cigarette devices inside the IBCC building or outdoor marquees.
- USE THE DESIGNATED smoking / vaping AREA
- DOGS ARE allowed on the site & in the entertainment marquee but must be leashed & under control at all times
- DOGS - remember your dogs health & safety too when in the MusicTent with loud music & lots of people.
- The Organiser/Management has the right to make any changes to the Bands/DJ's advertised where .
- In the case of medical attention please go to the Reception Tent or a Member of the Security Team
- CAMPING - No fires, BBQs to be lit on site or in the camping area, all rubbish to be bagged securely.
