Deliveries in the UK are sent via Royal Mail Signed For Post or Courier Post - 

P&P  [Postage & Packing] costs begin at £3.00 size & weight dependant.   

You will always be shown the postal charges in advance of your purchase payment.

Europe & ROTW postage will be TRACK & TRACE via Courier or Royal Mail -  

P&P [Postage & Packing] costs begin at £6.00 size & weight dependant.   

You will always be shown the postal charges in advance of your purchase payment.   

Note:  Any Custom charges will also be paid by the customer.

RETURNS  

All JuniperFayre goods are New Items & delivered to me pre-packed.

All the item specifications are clear for you to view and make your decision before purchase. 

Check sizes carefully for your best fit and always ask if not sure, I will help where I can with your choices.

If you wish to return your  purchase because of wrong fit an Exchange or Refund will be offered unless

your item is returned with marks or damages on it (ie. make-up, lipstick, deodrant, other etc. making it

unfit for re-sale.  The returned garment will be examined by the manager upon receipt.

Return registered postage to be paid by the Customer.

If you are unfortunate enough to find fault with your purchase upon delivery get in touch straight away -

you have 48 hrs in which to contact Juniper Fayre via PM, Live Chat Email, text etc. to register your fault. 

Returns will be paid for by JuniperFayre  [A pre-paid label or post bag will be supplied for your use]
